Internal Complaint Cell

An internal compliant cell (ICC) has been established in a college to address complaints related to harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct.Students, faculty, and staff can report any incidents of violations of college policies or laws related to harassment and discrimination. The primary objective of an ICC is to provide a safe and supportive environment for all members of the college community and ensure that they are treated with dignity and respect. The cell comprises of the following members.

Roles of ICC

1. Receive and investigate complaints related to harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct.
2. Recommend appropriate action
3. Provide support and guidance to the complainant.
4. Address the Complaint impartially
5. Respect the rights of both complainant and the accused
6. Create awareness among the college community about harassment and discrimination
7. Encourages prevention measures to maintain a healthy and inclusive environment in the college campus.
8. To provide safe and supportive environment for all the members of the college.
